Developed
for customers who want the economy and high reliability of on-site nitrogen
generation in a mid-sized system, Air Products’ 3000 Series Membrane, supplied
by Oxair Gases combines the extensive features of larger PRISM nitrogen systems
in a slim, compact design that fits easily inside almost any existing facility.
Tall, narrow, and easily transportable, it is designed for flow rates from 5 to
390 m3/hr at purities up to 99.9%.
Field
Proven at Facilities Worldwide
The 3000 Series is based on membrane technology pioneered
by Permea, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air Products and a leading
innovator in gas separation technologies.
This system’s specially-engineered separation modules
contain hollow fibre membranes that selectively remove oxygen, water vapour, and
carbon dioxide from compressed air to efficiently produce nitrogen. Purity and
flow rate can be adjusted to suit individual requirements. Thousands of PRISM
nitrogen systems are in operation at sites around the world.
Features
to Fit Your Application
Experience
proves that every application and location is unique. Oxair Gases offers a
family of nitrogen cabinets to suit your particular needs. The 3000 Series is
engineered for on-site operation, with a menu-driven interface, a full range of
instrumentation, and a modular, expandable design that can accommodate increased
volume requirements. Other features include a high-voltage disconnect switch and
built-in forklift slots for ease of installation.
