Cryogenic Oxygen Generators

Oxair Gases offers on-site cryogenic oxygen generators to customers for whom a highly reliable supply of high-purity or ultra-high-purity oxygen is of paramount importance. For applications with a continuous oxygen demand, a cryogenic installation can be a desirable, cost-effective alternative to trucked-in liquid oxygen. Featuring a modular design for easy installation, the oxygen plants have been engineered for safety, reliability, low maintenance, low energy consumption, and flexibility of operation.

The cryogenic plants are designed, engineered and supplied by Air Products and Chemicals, USA. Oxair Gases assists both Air Products and the client to ensure the plant meets the requirement of the customer.

The cryogenic distillation columns provide an optimum balance between performance, efficiency, operability, and long-term reliability. The systems are designed to generate gaseous oxygen, liquid oxygen, or both simultaneously, and can also be used to provide gaseous nitrogen.

Designed to Meet Your Needs

Proven technology produces highly reliable, low-cost oxygen supply at your site.
Product purity tailored to customer needs.
Make-up liquid oxygen can be designed into the equipment to maintain storage tank levels.
Modular engineering allows easy on-site installation and fast start-up times.
Microprocessor-controlled design allows unattended operation at highest efficiency.
Remote monitoring provides for optimal performance at all times.
Integral alarm/telemetry system identifies cause and alerts personnel in the event of a plant excursion.
Simple engineering with few mechanical components means minimal maintenance, maximum reliability.

Safety Standards

Our oxygen systems are reviewed at each stage, from concept through start-up and operation, with specific attention given to detection and correction of any potentially hazardous conditions. In addition, each of our systems undergoes a complete operations readiness safety audit prior to start-up.
