Cryogenic Oxygen Generators Oxair Gases offers on-site cryogenic oxygen generators to customers for whom a highly reliable supply of high-purity or ultra-high-purity oxygen is of paramount importance. For applications with a continuous oxygen demand, a cryogenic installation can be a desirable, cost-effective alternative to trucked-in liquid oxygen. Featuring a modular design for easy installation, the oxygen plants have been engineered for safety, reliability, low maintenance, low energy consumption, and flexibility of operation.
The cryogenic plants are designed, engineered and supplied by Air Products and Chemicals, USA. Oxair Gases assists both Air Products and the client to ensure the plant meets the requirement of the customer. The cryogenic distillation columns provide an optimum balance between performance, efficiency, operability, and long-term reliability. The systems are designed to generate gaseous oxygen, liquid oxygen, or both simultaneously, and can also be used to provide gaseous nitrogen.
Advanced Technology to Optimise Your System Oxair Gases has access to a broad portfolio of technologies through Air Products, covering virtually every aspect of cryogenic air separation, including air pretreatment systems capable of dealing with virtually any environmental condition, high-efficiency compression systems custom-tailored to your process requirements, and state-of-the-art distillation columns. We can provide electronic control systems of virtually any type or level of sophistication necessary to meet customer needs for efficient load following, time-of-day operating modes, and attended or unattended operation.
Designed to Meet Your Needs
Safety StandardsOur oxygen systems are reviewed at each stage, from concept through start-up and operation, with specific attention given to detection and correction of any potentially hazardous conditions. In addition, each of our systems undergoes a complete operations readiness safety audit prior to start-up.
