The cryogenic plants are designed, engineered and supplied by Air Products and Chemicals, USA. Oxair Gases assists both Air Products and the client to ensure the plant meets the requirement of the customer.

The cryogenic nitrogen generators provide high performance, efficiency, operability, and long-term reliability. These systems are designed to generate gaseous nitrogen, liquid nitrogen, or both simultaneously, depending on your needs.

State-of-the-Art Cryogenic Engineering

Oxair Gases, in conjunction with Air Products, offer cost-effective, state-of-the-art cryogenic systems tailored to individual customer requirements. Air compression systems are selected, in accordance with Oxair Gases or customer standards, from the world’s leading suppliers.  The air pretreatment systems are configured with pressure swing adsorption (PSA), temperature swing adsorption (TSA), or temperature/pressure swing adsorption (TPSA) cycles and associated catalysts for trace element removal appropriate to your application.

The heart of the cryogenic system is the low-temperature separation module, or cold box. Air Products designs and manufactures the air separation cold boxes, expansion turbines, and cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage tanks to ensure that these critical components meet the highest quality standards.

On-site cryogenic air separation systems provide cost-effective, high-volume, high-purity nitrogen supply.
Can generate ultra-high-purity (UHP) nitrogen (less than 100 ppbv oxygen).
Cryogenic air separation plants can be designed to make small amounts of liquid nitrogen.
Patented Column Plus™ and Double Column Plus™ systems address the needs of ultra-high-purity applications.
