PRISM® Nitrogen Membrane SystemsOxair Gases produces three main different types of PRISM® Nitrogen Membrane Systems. These are the Cabinet Series, the 3000 Series, and the 4000/5000 Series.
Cabinet Series Oxair Gases’ low-cost Cabinet Membrane Systems combine the economy and high supply reliability of on-site nitrogen generation with a compact design that fits easily into existing indoor installations. Engineered for flow rates from 5 to 3900 scfh as well as low maintenance and easy operation, this family of PRISM nitrogen systems is an ideal supply alternative for a wide range of applications. The systems provide significant savings over traditional cylinders, dewars, and bulk nitrogen tanks.
3000 Series Developed for customers who want the economy and high reliability of on-site nitrogen generation in a mid-sized system, Air Products’ 3000 Series Membrane, supplied by Oxair Gases combines the extensive features of larger PRISM nitrogen systems in a slim, compact design that fits easily inside almost any existing facility. Tall, narrow, and easily transportable, it is designed for flow rates from 5 to 390 m3/hr at purities up to 99.9%.
4000/5000 Series Oxair Gases’ family of High-Capacity Membrane Nitrogen Systems meets the needs of large-volume customers. The systems use a proprietary high-capacity membrane fibre developed to minimise your electrical power consumption. Engineered for fast installation, low maintenance, and simple operation, these systems are an ideal supply alternative for a wide range of applications, with significant operational savings over liquid nitrogen tanks. Models are available to supply your high-volume requirements up to 70,000 scfh with a range of purities up to 99.9%.
