PRISM® Nitrogen HP PSA Systems
Oxair Gases’ Nitrogen HP PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Systems offer economical nitrogen at purities to 5 ppm oxygen. Our HP PSA technology gives customers with applications requiring higher purity nitrogen and capacities up to 40,000 scfh a cost-effective PSA alternative to liquid nitrogen, membrane deoxo, PSA deoxo, or liquid-assist cryogenic supply modes. Optimisation of the HP PSA Systems is possible to match your requirements.
The HP PSA systems have an advanced process cycle that is designed to help ensure reliability consistent with the best cryogenic systems. Oxygen, moisture, and carbon dioxide are removed from the gas through a molecular sieve to produce nitrogen gas with maximum efficiency.
A System to Suit Your ApplicationSince every application and location is unique, Oxair Gases offers a wide range of standard Nitrogen PSA Systems to meet a large variety of capacity requirements. For each model, we optimise the type of molecular sieve, the compressor frame size, the operational cycle, and other internal process parameters to meet your specifications for flow, purity, and pressure. Engineered for remote or on-site operation, these microprocessor-controlled systems can also feature advanced telemetry capabilities. The cost of nitrogen decreases as purity levels decline.
