PRISM® Nitrogen PSA Systems

Oxair Gases’ Nitrogen Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Systems offer a highly-reliable, low-cost nitrogen supply alternative. There are a variety of models available that can be altered to suit each customer’s application requirements. Standard models offer flow rates up to 100,000 scfh and nitrogen purities up to 99.9%.

These extremely cost-effective nitrogen systems feature a proprietary adsorption process developed by Air Products. In this unique process cycle, oxygen, moisture, and carbon dioxide are removed from air through use of a molecular sieve to produce nitrogen gas with maximum efficiency.

Oxair Gases purchase the PSA plant from Air Products, USA and then package the complete on-site Nitrogen generator in Australia. Systems are designed to meet the clients requirements.

*Note: If you require higher purity nitrogen, Oxair Gases’ HP PSA System is an economical PSA alternative that provides purities as low as 5 ppm oxygen.
