Process Series

 

The Process Series are designed for medium to high oxygen flows and unattended operation.  The process has optimised bed sizings for reduced power consumption.

Some clients install two process series generators rather than a single Tonnage system.


These three OA-1500 units are used in a Water Treatment facility feeding Ozone generation units.  Each unit produces 42.5 sm3/hr (1500 scfh) of Oxygen.

 

 

                                
                                            This OA-2000 unit is used in Mineral
                                            Leaching, and produces 56.6 Sm3/hr
                                            (2000 scfh) of Oxygen.

                                            Oxygen generators are fabricated up to
                                            113 Sm3/hr in this configuration.

  1. Models larger than the OA-4000 are designed and built to customer requirements.
  2. Gas is measured at 1 atmosphere and 0°C.
  3. Standard Oxygen Pressure is 310 kPag (45psig).

 

GENERAL SCOPE OF SUPPLY

The following outlines the general scope of supply for all standard oxygen PSA generator packages from Oxair Gases Pty Ltd. The following scope of supply is subject to change depending of the options chosen.

  • Proprietary Oxygen PSA Generator by Oxair Gases.
  • PSA System Control Panel – Complete with alarms.
  • Feed Air Compressor – Rotary Screw.
  • Feed Air Dryer Refrigerated dryer for 3°C pressure dew point, with alarm.
  • Inlet Air Filtration – 4 Stage package for the removal of water, oil and sieve pretreatment. Also includes Differential Pressure Alarm.
  • Oxygen Booster Pack – If the required oxygen pressure is greater than 350 kPag. Includes dual boosters, high pressure O2 vessel, and interconnecting pipework.
  • Feed Air Buffer Vessel.
  • Low Pressure Oxygen Vessel.
  • Oxygen Outlet Pressure Regulator.
  • Interconnecting Pipework.
