Oxair Gases provide "Sale of Gas" contracts
through our operating rentals. These contracts provide the on-site generation
equipment and service contracts, to provide reliable, long-term gases. The contracts
can be structured to suit each individual customers supply requirements.
Operating Rental Option
The following outlines Oxair Gases Pty Ltd standard
monthly operating rental terms and conditions.
- All payments are FIXED AND FIRM for the period of the rental contract, and not
subject to any fluctuations of the CPI.
- You may purchase the equipment offered at any time at a negotiated value, with no
penalties involved. Rental payments, along with costs incurred by Oxair
Gases Pty Ltd will be
taken into account for the final purchase price.
- The plant remains the property of Oxair Gases Pty Ltd.
- The rental agreement will be for a period of 36 months or longer.
- There are no hidden extras, as all the servicing and preventative maintenance is
included in the quoted price.
- Due care must be taken to protect the equipment installed at site as it remains the
property of Oxair Gases Pty Ltd. Any damage other than wear associated with the correct
operation of the plant will be the responsibility of the renter.
- The plant must be insured at all times by the renter, with the interest of
Oxair Gases Pty Ltd noted on the insurance policy.
- The renter shall perform the operational checks as outlined in the operations manual,
and report any faults to Oxair Gases Pty Ltd.
- Under no circumstances, and not withstanding any other provision of the purchase order
shall seller be liable whether in contract, tort, or otherwise for loss of profits,
business, revenue or other economic loss. Seller’s liability and indemnification
shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the package.
