The Tonnage Series are designed for applications requiring large amounts of
oxygen, or to replace bulk liquid oxygen storage vessels. Plants can be
designed for outdoor or covered (standard) installations.
These plants are PLC controlled, and are inclusive of a Zirconia Cell oxygen
analyser.
 This
Plant generates 283 sm3/hr (10,000 SCFH) of Oxygen for injection into
a gold leaching process to improve Gold Recoveries and reduce Cyanide
consumption.
Plants with capacities up to 700m3/hr can be fabricated in our
facility.

GENERAL SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The following outlines the general scope of
supply for all standard oxygen PSA generator packages from Oxair Gases Pty Ltd. The following
scope of supply is subject to change depending of the options chosen.
- Proprietary Oxygen PSA Generator by Oxair Ga
 ses.
- PSA System Control Panel – Complete with alarms.
- Feed Air Compressor – Rotary Screw.
- Feed Air Dryer Refrigerated dryer for 3°C pressure dew point, with alarm.
- Inlet Air Filtration – 4 Stage package for the removal of water, oil and sieve
pretreatment. Also includes Differential Pressure Alarm.
- Oxygen Booster Pack – If the required oxygen pressure is greater than 350 kPag.
Includes dual boosters, high pressure O2 vessel, and interconnecting pipework.
- Feed Air Buffer Vessel.
- Low Pressure Oxygen Vessel.
- Oxygen Outlet Pressure Regulator.
- Interconnecting Pipework.
