Process Series Plants Oxygen PSA

Overview

The Process Series generator is designed for medium to high oxygen flows and with unattended operation has optimised bed sizing’s for reduced power consumption. Some clients install two process series generators rather than a single Tonnage system.

The course of activity involves pumping of the air through a bed containing a filter medium that specially absorbs nitrogen while allowing oxygen to pass through limitless. The filter bed then becomes saturated with nitrogen and must be regenerated. The nitrogen is then flushed away by a proportion of the purified oxygen and gives the PSA process.
