Reliable, efficient, and low-maintenance dry air solutions for industry. Oxair desiccant air dryers reduce downtime, maintenance costs, and equipment wear, paying for themselves in less than a year. Suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors, these systems maintain optimal compressed air quality for maximum productivity.
Key Benefits
Reduced maintenance & downtime: Protects equipment and extends service life of air tools, motors, and cylinders.
Consistent dry air: Eliminates water, ice, and freeze-up in low ambient temperatures.
Fast installation: Delivered fully assembled, piped, and wired with activated alumina desiccant.
Flexible control: Electric or pneumatic systems, PLC-controlled with reliable HMI touchscreen.
Wide operating range: Flows from 100 SCFM to 10,000 SCFM and pressures from 100 psi to 500 psi.
Safety & compliance: AS-1210 or ASME V111 stamped pressure vessels and certified lifting frames.
Noise control: Super quiet muffler reduces operational noise.
How It Works
Compressed air passes through two desiccant towers filled with activated alumina.
The desiccant adsorbs water from the compressed air.
When a tower becomes saturated, the system switches to the second tower and regenerates the offline bed.
A portion of compressed air purges the offline desiccant.
By maintaining the dew point above air temperature, the system prevents liquid formation in downstream lines and equipment.
Control & Operation
Electric and pneumatic control formats
PLC and HMI touchscreen for easy operation and monitoring.
Systems can be converted from electric to pneumatic control on customer equipment.
Designed for consistent pressure dew points from -40°C to -60°C.
