Technology: Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)

Oxair oxygen generators use Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) to separate oxygen from compressed air.

  • Oxygen is filtered, conditioned, and stored in a buffer tank for use on demand.
  • PSA is globally recognised as a reliable method for high-purity oxygen production.

How PSA Oxygen Generators Work

Compressed air passes through PSA beds where nitrogen is adsorbed, leaving a high-purity oxygen stream. The system cycles between twin beds to ensure continuous production. Conditioned oxygen is stored in a buffer tank, ready for on-demand supply.

We are delivering a 50-tonne-per-day Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Oxygen Generation Plant…one of the largest PSA oxygen facilities ever constructed globally.
